3. Juristic Condominium Registration on 19 August 2008
4. Main Swimming Pool functional on 20 August 2008
5. By the end of March 2009 a total of 35 Units have been transferred
6. Of the above 35 Units a total of 20 Owners have made La Royale their HOME

Surrounding Activities

We have learned that the adjacent development, formerly known as Sharky's, has come to a stop and the property is again back on the market.

Good Health

For the inspired and thoses who feel the need, our Gym provides the essentials. The facility provides a cross trainer, cycles, treadmill, stair climber, stretching area and weights. We will certainly continue to review this further as demand dictates.

Moving on

The challenges created by our failed Contractor certainly greatly affected past progress. However our tenacious Team has a number of future goals to address the next stage of works, including landscaping and phase 2 of our project, (Low Rise Buildings) are all being tendered at this time and will commence shortly as funds permits.
Our intention is to complete all external areas.

Dear Residents both Existing and Intending,

As we have taken over Ownership and in many cases occupancy of our Units, it is with great delight to pass on our comments:

La Royale is habitable. The condition of the building is first class and we are now able to pass on our thoughts and advise to the Developer toward further enhancements for our environment and living conditions. We are all convinced and indeed certain that there is a willingness to listen to all comments and ideas and that every effort is being made to resolve all the normal "teething problems" that occur with each and every new built project. We are all striving to continually make improvements to the existing facilities. With our present Residents being extremely resolved and positive about La Royale, we are in no doubt that the entire project will be a great success.

We look forward to WELCOMING you as an occupier, neighbor and fellow resident in the very near future.
