Aesthetics

Works to improve the aesthetics and quality of our project are continuing.

Staircase leading down from main lobby to fitness center has been replaced by a new one
which is much wider and with gentler gradient.

Dear La Royale home owner

This email is to advise all home owners in La Royale Beach Condominium of the up coming process for the completion of units in the development

At present the La Royale are completing all paperwork for the issue of the house documents. We have already had notice that the numbers for our units will start with 335/xx. This step should be complete by end of January 2008.
